The Opportunity Our team continues to expand , and we’re now seeking a qualified and experienced Welder to join our Jandakot operations . This role plays a crucial part in ensuring our fleet of bins, trucks and operational assets remain safe, compliant and functional for daily service delivery . What You’ll Be Doing Perform high-level welding and maintenance on REMONDIS bins, rails, trucks , and operational equipment , including load-bearing components requiring certified assessment . Conduct most repairs on skip bins, hook bins , and associated waste handling equipment . Read and interpret project plans, blueprints, diagrams , and written instructions to complete tasks accurately . Apply MIG, TIG , and other welding techniques based on job and project requirements . Communicate clearly with supervisors, coworkers , and clients regarding work progress or issues. Participate in daily pre-start meetings covering safety, work allocation , and operational updates . Maintain strong focus on safety and environmental compliance in the workshop and on customer or branch sites . Update timesheets in Excel and maintain accurate bin consumption registers . What We Offer Full-time permanent position with long-term stability and supportive work environment Monday to Friday roster, 38 hours per week with early starts (7:00am) Overtime available and flexible working arrangements Career development and operational excellence. Committed to safety environment in a sustainable industry What You’ll Bring Qualification as a Welder or Boilermaker Previous experience in welding, fabrication or asset maintenance Technical capability, attention to detail and a commitment to safety .
