Selection Criteria Possess or be eligible to possess specialist registration with AHPRA Possess Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (FRACP) or equivalent; higher degree such as a PhD or dual fellowship and interest in research desirable Demonstrated knowledge skills and high standards of clinical practice in Nephrology commensurate to experience which is appropriate to the requirements of the position and commitment to teaching at speciality registrar junior medical officer and undergraduate levels Demonstrated experience in renal transplantation in the setting of heart transplantation given provision of consultation service to statewide Heart-Lung Transplant Unit Demonstrated management ability in clinical service planning and the provision of a patient focused comprehensive high quality and cost effective clinical service with knowledge and commitment to the implementation of best practice and clinical service innovation Demonstrated ability to provide high quality compassionate medical care as evidenced by recent practice experience in working congenially and collaboratively as both a leader and member of a multidisciplinary team and as a provider of services that engender high levels of patient satisfaction and experience Demonstrated ongoing contribution to the development dissemination and translation of new knowledge and practices commensurate with work in an academic teaching hospital environment Personal integrity and demonstrated commitment to the Philosophy Mission and Values of Mary Aikenhead Ministries Closing Date 21 November 2025 Reconciliation Action Plan At St Vincents we acknowledge the importance of creating a work environment that is welcoming safe equitable and inclusive for Aboriginal and / or Torres Strait Islander Employees.
