Garden Maintenance Team Member

Work based around Melbourne’s inner west suburbs Full time permanent position (Monday-Friday) Depot based in Essendon Fields About the Role As a Garden Team Member at Green by Nature you will be an integral part of our dedicated team delivering high-quality garden maintenance this full-time role you will work closely with our experienced crew to ensure our clients properties are kept looking pristine and well-manicured. Responsibilities Perform tasks such as planting, weeding, pruning and watering. Mow lawns, trim edges and care for turf areas. Prepare soil, mulch and plant beds. Operate and maintain gardening tools and equipment. Adhere to safety protocols for a safe work environment. About You Previous experience in landscaping, gardening or a related field is preferred. Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, bend, squat, kneel and stand for extended periods. Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions including heat, cold, rain and the sun. Strong work ethic and commitment to completing tasks efficiently and to the highest standards. Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team. Valid Driver’s License.
