Do you love sport and entertainment? We’d love to hear from you We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic Customer Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic Customer Engagement team. This role is your chance to play a pivotal part in the commercial success of Australia’s leading streaming products, Kayo Sports and BINGE. As our Customer Marketing Coordinator, you’ll play a role in how we connect with our customers. Your core objective will be to foster engagement and influence existing customers (after their initial sign‑up) through our own communication channels. You’ll develop expertise in improving crucial metrics such as trial conversion, customer retention, churn prevention and user reactivation. Ultimately, you’ll help us continually enhance customer engagement and drive growth for Kayo Sports and BINGE. Reporting to the Senior Customer Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in the creation and execution of our customer engagement campaigns. You’ll learn to leverage various powerful channels, including Email, SMS, Push notifications, and In-App messages, to boost customer satisfaction and keep them coming back for more. Key Responsibilities Assist in setting up, testing, and launching automated and targeted campaigns across multiple channels (Email, SMS, Push, In-App notifications) to boost customer engagement for Kayo Sports & BINGE. Help plan engaging campaigns designed to retain and reactivate our customer base. Contribute to planning and executing cross‑sell campaigns, introducing customers to more of our offerings. Work closely with our content, creative, brand, and legal teams for the setup and approval of communications. Learn to incorporate insights from optimisation tests to continually refine and improve our customer management strategies. Actively seek new opportunities to evolve our approach to customer communications, including ongoing monitoring of engagement activity from competitors and other relevant products. About your experience A keen interest in marketing, customer engagement, or digital media (Internship or entry‑level experience in these areas being a huge plus) Comfortable working with Martech campaign setup tools, or eager to learn them. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. A strong communicator and natural team player, able to collaborate effectively and build strong relationships. Detail‑oriented, with a commitment to accuracy and consistency in your work. A genuine love for the Entertainment, Sport, and Media landscape – we’re big believers in knowing the product and knowing the customer. A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
