An opportunity exists for a proactive and energetic Health & Safety Business Partner to join our national Health and Safety team and be based at our St Peters Quarry and Rail site. You will be supporting a cluster of sites across Sydney Metro within Boral’s Sydney Concrete businesses.Reporting to a Senior Health & Safety Business Partner, the primary focus is to support our operational teams to be more effective in their roles, in turn creating a safer workplace for all. You will assist with driving, facilitating and implementing significant and meaningful health and safety improvements across a diversified operational portfolio. Operating as a true business partner, you will relish the opportunity to travel to site on a regular basis to engage with leaders and employees on site and really understand their challenges, creating learning opportunities from issues and incidents to enable them to perform more effectively. A central part of this role is to build an intimate understanding of our operations and forge strong and lasting relationships with stakeholders so as to drive good safety outcomes.This is a permanent, full-time opportunity and candidates must have the flexibility to travel to various sites across Metro Sydney.
