About the role:This is a true strategic business partner role. Collaborating closely with senior stakeholders you will:
Manage the end to end recruitment of our support office roles for the VidaCorp division of DBG Health across Australia, with view to support our US & UK offices.Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to support VidaCorp’s growth objectivesPartner with senior leaders to understand their hiring needs an align recruitment strategies accordinglyLeverage innovative sourcing techniques to identify and engage passive candidates in the marketBuild strong employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and position VidaCorp & DBG Health as an employer of choiceResearch and analyze employee trends to understand ways to increase employee engagement and retentionManage the end to end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening candidates, organising interviews, completing compliance checks, negotiating offers right through to onboarding.28th May, 2024

Skills and experience required:4 + years previous end to end recruiting experience – (in house)Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.Experience in: retail or FMCG is highly advantageousA results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality candidates and driving business outcomesProven experience in sourcing and recruiting top-tier talent in a competitive market.
