This full-time, permanent position requires working five days a week in the office and offers numerous benefits, including opportunities for career progression, comprehensive training and development, and a dynamic work environment.About the Role:Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for:Managing the end-to-end recruitment and selection processScheduling and conducting interviewsCollecting new employee documentation (e.g., bank details, TFN, and superannuation)Assisting with the onboarding processPosting and removing job advertisementsCollaborating with various business units to acquire top talentPartnering with external recruitment agenciesBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholdersConducting pre-employment and reference checksKey Requirements:Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Business PartnerStrong relationship-building skillsCommercial acumen and strategic thinkingEnjoy career progression opportunities, comprehensive training and development programs, and a modern, innovative office environment.
