Bright Path Therapy is a dedicated team of Occupational Therapists and Speech Pathologists committed to empowering individuals to achieve their personal goals and enhance their well‑being. We focus on delivering client‑centred care built on collaboration with individuals, families, educators, and other professionals. Located south of the river, we specialise in providing high‑quality Occupational Therapy and Speech Pathology services to NDIS clients across the region. With clinicians based in multiple locations both north and south of the river, we aim to transform challenges into opportunities and support lasting participation and positive outcomes. Role Description We are seeking an occupational therapist located in either Baldivis, Rockingham, Mandurah or surrounding areas. You will be employed as a contractor, working from home, community, schools, and clients’ homes. You manage your own caseload and hours of work. Zero KPI s. You will be paid between $115-130 (depending on experience). As an Occupational Therapist, you will provide evidence‑based therapeutic interventions tailored to the unique needs of clients, including goal setting, assessment, treatment planning, and effective therapy. You will be engaging with individuals, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal support and outcomes for clients. A key aspect of this role will be working with clients across the lifespan, particularly in the area of pediatrics, to promote functional independence and improved quality of life. Qualifications Proficiency in Occupational Therapy, including assessment, treatment planning, and intervention strategies Knowledge of rehabilitation methods and techniques with application in client care Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with families, clients, and other professionals Expertise in treating pediatric clients and understanding child development Current registration as an Occupational Therapist with AHPRA Knowledge of or experience with NDIS processes and guidelines Valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle A commitment to professional development and evidence‑based practice #J-18808-Ljbffr
