We’re on the lookout for a self‑motivated, adaptable Space Leader to join the team and support multiple locations. This is a hands‑on, people‑driven role and could be perfect for someone coming from retail or hospitality, customer service, or those on a working holiday visa looking for a stable, full‑time position with training provided. With no two days the same, this role would be suitable for someone who likes variety, enjoys problem solving, has a natural flair for working with people and likes to have fun Key Responsibilities Respond to sales enquiries, conduct tours and convert leads into memberships Support our Sydney spaces Workspace troubleshooting Ensure the workspace is well presented and looking great Daily set up and pack down of shared areas Instagram posting Member Engagement & Vibe Welcome members and visitors with energy and warmth Be the “go‑to” person for members Engage with the community and develop member relations Plan and host WOTSO community events, such as weekly drinks and monthly member breakfasts Create and share member communications General admin tasks and operational support Is This You?
