Front of House Allrounder We are seeking a friendly and attentive Front of House Allrounder to join our team at Aromas Fine Foods' in Launceston, Tasmania. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth running of our bustling cafe and dining establishment. What you’ll be doing Greeting and seating customers with a warm welcome Taking customer orders and providing recommendations on our delicious menu items Accurately processing payments and handling cash Maintaining a clean and well‑organised front‑of‑house environment Assisting the kitchen team as needed, including food preparation and serving Resolving customer queries and addressing any concerns in a professional manner Contributing to a positive team dynamic and supporting your colleagues What we’re looking for Previous experience in a customer‑facing role within the hospitality industry Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanour Excellent time management and multitasking abilities A keen eye for detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment A passion for providing exceptional customer service and a commitment to exceeding guest expectations Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays What we offer At Aromas Fine Foods', we pride ourselves on creating a positive and inclusive work environment for our team.
