You must drive continuous improvement, implement change and ensure all Toyota and Mazda KPI’s are achieved. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop the service team, fostering a high level of employee engagement. Oversee day‑to‑day service operations and ensure timely, high‑quality customer interactions. Manage budgets, set targets, and monitor profitability and cost control. Coordinate with OEM and supplier partners to maintain service standards and performance. Implement continuous improvement initiatives and drive change within the service department. Qualifications & Experience Strong leadership skills with a positive, can‑do attitude. Excellent initiative and problem‑solving abilities. Previous experience in automotive service management within a dealership. Experience at a Toyota or Mazda dealership is a bonus.
