The homes is well established and respected in the area for providing high-quality care.You will be responsible for supporting the Residential Aged Care Manager with the management of our home specifically surrounding the provision of advanced clinical and holistic care of residents, with no two days the same in this diverse role. One day your focus could be on Supervising the submission of accurate and timely AN-ACC documentation and the next you could be providing clinical leadership, supervision and education to nursing and care staff, You will;Promote a resident-centered culture which values, respects and treats all residents with compassion and dignityEnsure rights and responsibilities of residents are provided and concerns raised by residents or family members are addressed in a timely and collaborative mannerCoordinate continuous improvement activities relevant to resident care within the homeSupport the Residential Aged Care Manager in ensuring compliance is achieved and maintained in accordance with policy and regulatory standardsMeasure, analyse and monitor clinical audit and clinical indicator results to support clinical staff to drive improvements in the delivery of careAct as the Residential Aged Care Manager in all aspects of the home in the Residential Aged Care Manager’s absence when requiredThe traits that will help you succeedRegistered Nurse with current AHPRA registration, Minimum of 3 years’ nursing management experience at ward level or higherWell-developed management skills and demonstrated leadership abilityCase Management skills and experienceHighly developed analytical and critical thinking skillsEffective time management and organisational skillsAbility to work well under pressure and be flexible to changing priorities and environmentWant to know more?If you have questions, please email Health is committed to embracing diversity, equity and inclusion in our workplaces.
