Values: We’re a Team of Spirited hard workers We Believe in what we do We make things Easy for our customers We show Respect to one another About the Role As a Tiler at Uniplan, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional finishes across our modular homes and commercial buildings. Working in a clean, safe, well‑organised factory environment, you will complete tiling for bathrooms, laundries, kitchens, and other internal spaces. Core Responsibilities Waterproof wet areas to relevant Australian Standards Lay cement beds for graded floors Set out floor tiles accurately Lay and grout graded bathroom floors Lay and grout level floors, wall tiles and splashbacks Complete silicone sealing on finished tiling Follow standardised processes to maximise efficiency and quality Collaborate with other trades and production teams Meet TAKT time expectations for on‑time completion Maintain a clean, organised, safe workstation to world‑class standards Deliver workmanship that exceeds customer expectations Contribute to a safe, positive and productive work environment Skills & Attributes Excellent eye for detail, accuracy and quality finishes Organised, efficient and able to stay ahead of production timelines Strong communication skills and ability to work in a high‑performing team Reliable, proactive and safety‑focused Experience & Requirements Construction White Card (essential) Experience in bathrooms, wet areas or modular/modular‑like settings (advantageous but not required) How to Apply If you take pride in high‑quality tiling and want to join a supportive, growing regional manufacturer, apply now to become part of the Uniplan team.
