The Tax Advisory team supports clients to look ahead to see how their business decisions can be affected by tax legislation and plan for continued success. We work with a range of clients across sectors including private and listed businesses, high‑net‑wealth families, start‑ups, early‑stage growth businesses, and Australian subsidiaries of multinational businesses. Responsibilities Advise clients on complex tax matters, including domestic and international structuring, cross‑border transactions, assisting with tax authority reviews, audits and disputes. Provide tax advice on asset acquisition and divestiture (including due diligence), financing arrangements, IPO structuring, readiness and prospectus. Play a key role across the full scope of client engagements, including regular client contact – attending client presentations and meetings with Senior Leaders. How you stand out You are passionate about communication, able to digest, distill and convey complex concepts in written and verbal forms. You oversee high‑quality client‑ready deliverables and present them to senior leadership for review. Experience Experience in tax advisory at a Big 4 or mid‑tier professional services firm. Excellent tax technical capabilities. Qualifications Tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Law or similar, and a CA or CPA qualification completed or in progress.
