Expression of Interest: Business Consultant - EAM (AMS) TechnologyOne is now seeking expressions of interest for Business Consultants (Enterprise Asset Management) within our Application Managed Services (AMS) team. You'll partner with asset-intensive organisations (think councils, utilities and infrastructure) to unlock more value from our EAM product. If you love turning complex asset data, work management and lifecycle planning into simple, high-impact outcomes, this role is for you. What you'll be doing… As a Business Consultant, your duties will include but are not limited to: Deliver EAM consulting across design validation, configuration, and testing to drive asset‑management best practice. Own the program end‑to‑end - reports, change requests, proposals, timesheets - and keep stakeholders aligned and informed Identify and manage risks / issues (including CARs) while balancing commercial decisions with great customer outcomes Partner with internal T1 Product / Industry / Enablement teams and mentor peers to life delivery quality, while meeting scope, time and utilisation goals under the AMS methodology. Lead discovery workshops and translate requirements into pragmatic EAM solutions Sound domain knowledge of TechnologyOne's Enterprise Asset Management product or comparable Asset Management / ERP Suite A background with ERP implementations and projects would be highly advantageous Strong presentation skills with excellent communication, leadership, and customer care Experience in Enterprise Asset Management (asset lifecycle, work/maintenance management, etc) would be highly regarded.
