About the Implementation Team Implementation Consultants play a key role in delivering scalable, high‑quality implementations that set our customers up for long‑term success. We translate business needs into fit‑for‑purpose solutions, guide customers through technical and strategic decisions, and drive confident adoption of the Humanforce platform. Working cross‑functionally, we lead with clarity, proactively resolve issues, and act as trusted advisors to create lasting value for our customers and the business. What we look for Proven experience in consulting, professional services, or customer delivery roles, ideally within software or SaaS environments. Experience with enterprise WFM implementations is preferable. Background in implementing software solutions or delivering high‑impact projects for clients. Comfortable working in fast‑paced, complex environments with a strong ability to navigate ambiguity and solve problems. Experience designing and delivering training in a range of formats (in‑person, virtual, and on‑demand). Demonstrates strong learning agility, adaptability, and professional maturity. Proficient with business tools such as MS Office, CRM platforms, and project/task management systems. Skilled in managing diverse stakeholders and building trusted relationships. Strong communication skills – both verbal and written. Self‑motivated and able to work independently. Results‑oriented with a focus on delivering high‑quality outcomes.
