Client Service Administrator – Department of Justice QLD This role is part of Recording and Transcription Services within the Reform and Support Services branch, overseeing quality end‑to‑end processes for Court audio and transcripts for all Queensland Court jurisdictions. Pay Range Base pay: $77,354.00/yr – $85,833.00/yr. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience. Key Responsibilities Act as the first point of contact for transcript requests and enquiries via telephone and email, providing prompt, competent, consistent, and courteous service. Undertake ordering and distribution of court transcripts with high attention to detail, ensuring a high level of customer support to internal and external stakeholders, judiciary, and court users. Accurately enter and extract information from record systems and computerized databases to process transcript requests and ensure correct distribution of transcripts. Comply with administrative and operational processes, policies, procedures and legislative guidelines relating to the delivery of quality services to clients and stakeholders. Contribute to effective teamwork by understanding roles and duties of other team members. Actively display diligence, professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive information. Ensure adherence to relevant policies, procedures and legislation throughout the role. Undertake other tasks as directed.
