Specified Electrical Process Heating Co. Australia Pty Ltd Trading as Hotco – Thomastown VIC Thermal Products is an Australian owned and operated company, with its head office in Melbourne, Victoria. We distribute both Australian and international company’s products that cover a wide range of industry applications, from domestic and commercial cooking appliances, hot water, heating and pest control. We currently have an opportunity for a sales and warehouse assistant position based in Thomastown Victoria. The role will have a strong focus on providing sales, product and general support to new and existing customers as well as supporting daily operations. The role will also support warehouse operations. Key Responsibilities Answering customer phone and email enquiries and processing customer orders Processing customer payments Order entry and invoicing Assist with daily operations Support Warehouse operations including receiving, unpacking, processing and checking warehouse stock products Support data entry and arrangement of consignments General store maintenance Low stock notification to the Warehouse Manager Assist in stock taking when required Other reasonable duties as directed by the Warehouse Manager Skills and Experience (Preferred but not required as full training is provided) Sales or customer service experience Experience in receiving and processing orders Excellent phone manner along with verbal and written communication skills High attention to detail and good administrative & computer skills Be careful - Don’t provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
