We’re building our dream team to bring our newest venue to life We’re looking for a passionate Assistant Venue Manager who is ready to shape something special from day one. What You’ll Do Lead shifts with confidence, maintaining high service standards and motivating the team. Support the Venue Manager with daily operations – rostering, stock management, cash handling, and compliance. Ensure every product meets Yo‑Chi’s quality and food‑safety standards. Train, coach and develop team members to build skills and deliver great customer experiences. Maintain venue presentation, safety and compliance with all policies and legislative requirements. Drive sales, manage costs and help the venue achieve its financial and performance targets. What we’re looking for Experienced leaders in retail or hospitality (QSR preferred). Full availability across Monday‑Sunday with flexibility for rotating shifts. A people‑first leader who thrives on creating team culture and community.
