Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Careers Advisor, based in Melbourne, VIC, with an option for some work-from-home flexibility. The Careers Advisor will provide guidance and support to students in selecting suitable courses, building career plans, and achieving their educational and professional goals. Responsibilities include conducting consultations with potential students, providing accurate information about course offerings, assisting with enrollment processes, and maintaining thorough records of student progress and interactions. Qualifications Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including active listening and relationship building Proven ability to guide, coach, and motivate individuals toward achieving their goals Experience with educational counseling, customer service, or sales Knowledge of career development practices and online learning trends Computer proficiency, including CRM or database management, and familiarity with virtual communication tools Organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail Prior experience in education or training sectors is a plus Relevant qualifications in career development, counseling, education, or a related field Seniority Level Mid‑Senior level Employment Type Full‑time Job Function Other Industries E‑Learning Providers #J-18808-Ljbffr
