Edinburgh College Edinburgh College is seeking a Careers Advisor / Work Studies Coordinator to join our team. This permanent, part‑time position (0.40 FTE) will commence on 15 January 2026. To learn more about Edinburgh College, visit . Key Responsibilities Deliver one‑on‑one career counselling and assist students with subject selection and employment preparation. Conduct assessments such as Morrisby profiling to guide decision‑making. Support key transition points and coordinate compliant work‑experience programmes. Maintain strong partnerships with employers, training providers, and alumni. Manage accurate student records, evaluate and enhance career programmes, and contribute to strategic planning. Organise career events and industry engagement activities; participate in ongoing professional learning. Application Requirements Teaching qualification with post‑graduate qualifications in career guidance. 2–3 years of experience in a related role.
