Instrumental Music Teacher - Double Bass Inspire K-12 students through expert instrumental tuition and supporting the Music Department. This is a casual role commencing in Term 1, 2026. Position Summary The purpose of an Instrumental Music Teacher (Double Bass) is to provide support to the Music Department in delivering Instrumental Music Lessons to students from K‑12. The Instrumental Music Teacher will demonstrate a high level of performance on their instrument as well as a thorough understanding of the pedagogical principles of both general music education and more specifically, playing and teaching. Preferred teaching day: Fridays, as lessons alternate weekly between small group sessions and whole‑class lessons with piano accompaniment. While Friday is the most desirable option, Tuesday may also be a possibility.
