Looking for self‑motivated, results driven Account Manager to join our fast paced, energetic and enthusiastic team. ARA Fire is one of Australia’s largest privately‑owned Fire Protection and Detection companies. Our Western Australian branch located at Balcatta is growing rapidly and seeking an experienced person to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities Managing client documentation/software/portal systems Reporting (internal and external) Data management in ARA Service Maintenance software CLARAFY Client meetings Assisting other members of the service team as required Working closely with nominated external clients, internal staff and subcontractors; managing multiple tasks efficiently with a level head Qualifications Ability to build long‑term relationships with clients through first‑class customer service and striving to exceed client expectations Works well in a team environment with a strong individual work ethic and a willingness to take ownership of role Self‑motivated with an in‑built sense of urgency and can work efficiently when unsupervised Possesses a methodical approach to processes and record keeping Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar industry such as plumbing, mechanical, electrical, or building services Knowledge of the fire protection service industry or experience in a similar industry would be beneficial, although not imperative Experience as an account manager looking for a change or a service coordinator looking to step up to a hands‑on account manager position; suitable for someone with a trade background who is computer savvy #J-18808-Ljbffr
