Maintenance Planner

Join our Integrated Facilities Management team and play a key role in ensuring the effective and successful delivery of integrated Facilities Services for the contract. Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you’ll help deliver high‑quality outcomes that support our essential services. What you’ll do Ensure the services are maintained in accordance with the appropriate Australian Standards, Therapeutic Goods Association (TGA), Code of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), and the Client requirements. Work order lifecycle management – planning and execution. Reporting of non‑conformance and development of corrective action plans. Execution and closure of compliance actions & ensuring records are kept in an accurate and auditable manner. Ensure all works comply with Zero Harm and client side HSE, GxP, company requirements and applicable statutory standards. What you’ll bring Bachelor degree in an IT or Engineering discipline or equivalent; highly regarded but not essential. Asset Management Qualifications highly regarded. Extensive experience in a planning and scheduling position. Experience in pharmaceutical industry (preferred), FMCG, CGMP, or a highly regulated environment. Proven experience developing and maintaining solid client relationships. Excellent knowledge of general utilities (HVAC, boilers, compressed air, chillers, hydraulic, process and electrical systems).
