About the Role Are you an experienced Designer Drafter specialising in 3D modelling and looking to step into an exciting role on a major industrial project? You'll play a key part in delivering detailed design and drafting work that drives large-scale plant upgrades, collaborating closely with engineers and project teams to solve complex design challenges and keep project milestones on track. This is your opportunity to contribute to significant capital works and help shape the future of heavy industry. In this role, you'll be responsible for producing high-quality 3D models and detailed drawings for critical mechanical systems and equipment. You'll develop, refine, and validate design concepts, working closely with engineering, construction, and operations teams to ensure accuracy, functionality, and seamless integration. Your technical expertise will directly support project delivery and help set the foundation for safe, efficient, long-term plant performance. Requirements 10+ years of experience of 3D design / drafting Proficient in AutoCAD, Inventor and Navisworks Excellent communication, coordination, and time management capabilities Demonstrates a proactive commitment to safety, quality, and collaborative work practices Team Culture Join a team that's driving real change across the local industrial sector.
