Responsibilities Lead the development and implementation of effective safety management systems. Collaborate across all levels to foster a strong, values-driven safety culture. Use your interpersonal strengths to influence and educate for lasting safety improvements. Promote safety best practices and continuous improvement. Support the development of our Enterprise Risk Management Framework. Champion psychological and physical safety in the workplace. Essential Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in a WHS discipline or equivalent experience. Current Driver’s Licence. Extensive experience in WHS across complex environments. Strong knowledge of WHS legislation and its practical application. Skilled in risk assessment, system auditing, and incident investigation. Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills. Desirable qualifications include a Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment, a Diploma in Work Health and Safety, and experience with WHS management systems such as Figtree.
