Job Title: Physiotherapist - Warwick

Practice Information:
This reputable allied health practice located in Warwick, QLD has over 27 years of history. They have built a substantial patient following and maintain excellent community relationships through our dedication to quality care and our strong referral networks. The family-friendly practice benefits from a collaborative, like-minded team that prioritises work-life balance and a supportive work environment. They have clinics in Warwick and Clifton.

Your new position is located in their recently renovated establishment, which includes:

  • Private treatment rooms.
  • A gym area featuring weights and fitness equipment, and access to all gyms in our local area.
  • An infrared sauna to assist in patient recovery and cardiovascular fitness.
  • An espresso machine to keep you going throughout the day.
  • The practice utilises user-friendly exercise software to increase compliance with phone-based exercise programs.

The Role:
This practice believes that every individual should have the opportunity to love what they do. They are currently seeking a Physiotherapist to join their exceptional team, who aligns with their core values of connection, care, collaboration, and making a difference.

The practice understands that patient care requires an adequate amount of time, and they do not overwhelm their team members with a high volume of patients. The ideal candidate must embody a holistic approach to treatment, respect the needs of patients as individuals, and provide appropriate care. The practice requires candidates who value the importance of quality health care outcomes, and who treat their patients with consideration and empathy. They are seeking individuals with experience managing varied cases including musculoskeletal, sports, rehab and prehab, aged care, workcover, occupational physio, medicare and DVA. They have developed strong relationships with local sports clubs and nursing homes, ensuring a diverse range of tasks available. They offer:

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Full registration with AHPRA

  • All experience levels from New Grads to Senior Physios can apply.

Job Type: Permanent - full time

Remuneration:
The practice offers remuneration options that can be based on an hourly wage or commission, higher than the industry standard, depending on your preference and experience. They can offer a package up to $120k for the right candidate. The practice also provide a continuing professional development budget of $1000 and access to rural health funding of up to $10k pa. No weekend work, public holidays are required and we close for the Christmas and New Year period.
