It's also home to a three-time, award-winning, national in-salon training program (2025/2023/2022) . In 2026, Co and Pace Salons is looking for a first-year apprentice. This is a rare chance to learn your craft in a salon where education, fundamentals and your future come first. Work in a luxury boutique salon in Brisbane’s CBD with a strong, loyal clientele. Be trained directly by award-winning stylists and colourists. Learn via structured in-salon training over three years. This isn't rushed education to 'get you across the line', rather methodical training to build a life-long vocation. Acquire the fundamentals properly: precision cutting, colour theory, styling, client care and professionalism. WHAT YOUR APPRENTICESHIP LOOKS LIKE Learn all core skills in cutting, colouring, styling and finishing. Receive regular, structured, in-salon training built into work hours. Attend relevant external education and workshops (fully supported by the salon.) Develop strong client communication and customer service skills. Be supported to develop at a professional pace, not rushed before you’re ready. Co and Pace Salons is a place where: Training is taken seriously . A positive team player who wants to grow in a supportive environment. No experience is necessary. Attitude, commitment and passion are what matter most.
