Virgin Active & Fitness First + moreOpportunities for personal development in ANZ through successionOpportunities across our global group of high-end luxury brands within LVMHAnnual Conference & Travel prize for store of the yearBase from $73,500 + Super + Bonus _ CommissionThe Opportunity:As the Store Manager, reporting directly to the District Manager and supported by an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading a passionate team of Beauty Advisors, Studio Artists, and Department Managers to embody Sephora's values to empower our clients.You'll also play a key role in:Driving a selling culture within your team to meet KPI’s and promote Sephora’s valuesConsistently raise performance and capability of the team to support developing internal talentTo utilise and exploit data to support with operational decisions by working closely with the district manager and director of stores.Implement a continuous improvement mentality within the team and work in partnership with the wider team.To always energise your team to deliver first class customer service within a fast-paced environmentEvery day will bring new and exciting challenges to think creatively, work strategically, and continuously explore to lead your store to success.You'll shine here if you enjoy:Creating Amazing Customer Experience.
Lead your team to provide clients with meaningful in-store experiences that build brand loyalty through promoting positive behaviours to elevate client experience.Managing Day-to-Day Store Operations.
Drive operational initiatives including brand events, training, and supporting visual merchandising changes to ensure the store represents the Sephora brand and culture.Developing Sales and Budget Strategies.
Manage the profit and loss for your store including monitoring stock levels to maximise sales and profitably and identify, analyse, and forecast sales or issues.Enhancing Our Culture.
Maintain a strong and positive culture where everyone is valued, recognized, and enabled to succeed through feedback and career development, coaching, learning, and recognition.Maintaining Results.

will be considered for this opportunity.As our busiest days of trade are between Thursday to Sunday the ideal candidate will be able to provide 5 full days of availability across key trading times including but not limited to late-night, weekend and public holiday trading.Sephora is part of the Global Louis Vuitton Moet Hennessey Group which is the world's largest luxury goods conglomerate.
