The Company Our client is a leading Australian based cloud solutions provider. This is an exciting opportunity to work within the specialist Network & Security unit focusing on network support for my client and their customers. The Role As a Network & Security Specialist, you will play a vital role in offering support to both our client and their customers, aimed at mitigating risks and guaranteeing that managed networks consistently meet or surpass operational SLAs. We are seeking a candidate with a solid background in Network & Security, particularly in areas such as firewalls, SD-WAN, Cloud, and Wireless technologies. Responsibilities Include Support in compiling weekly and monthly reports for managed networks as necessary. Oversee, upkeep, and enhance network services for both internal systems and those of our client’s customers’. There is a significant focus on customer interaction and managing service tickets for incidents, problems, requests and change management. Key Product Requirements Expertise in Palo Alto/Fortigate Firewalls, CISCO Routing/Switching, Aruba, and Cisco Wireless technologies. Proficiency in Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and VMware.
