The Aged Care Clinical Nurse Educator (CNE) is a vital member of the multidisciplinary health care team (MDT), delivering high-quality, person-centred care to residents and supporting nursing staff across Leeton Aged Care unit. About the Opportunity As a Clinical Nurse Educator (CNE) within Leeton Aged Care unit, you’ll play a key role in shaping the skills, confidence, and success of the nursing team. You’ll lead the way in education and professional development, delivering engaging, evidence-based programs that empower staff to provide the highest quality of aged care. Your leadership and mentoring will help ensure that residents receive safe, compassionate, and person-centred support every day. In this role you will: Deliver evidence-based, person-centred care aligned with professional standards and legislation. Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to enhance resident outcomes and wellbeing.
