We are seeking an experienced National Clinical Lead who will provide strategic leadership to ensure the delivery of high quality, evidence‑based clinical services across the Occupational Therapy division nationally. You will be responsible for the quality, consistency, and effectiveness of clinical practice, national service direction and ensure that our OT clinicians are supported to deliver high quality, evidence‑based clinical care. Travel reimbursement. About your new role Provide strategic leadership for the OT Division, ensuring national alignment with Better Rehab’s vision, strategic direction, and long‑term goals. Develop and empower Clinical Leads as effective leaders, providing coaching, guidance and support. Drive national financial performance. Lead clinical capability development, ensuring clinicians receive ongoing upskilling, supervision and professional development to deliver high quality evidence‑based care. Foster a high performance, values driven culture, modelling and embedding Better Rehab’s values. Ensure national compliance with all relevant legislation, service standards, accreditation requirements, contractual obligations and internal policies, procedures and processes. Oversee discipline workforce planning, including national hiring, onboarding, retention strategies, and succession planning to ensure sustainable growth and service capacity. Drive service growth and innovation, identifying opportunities to expand offerings, enhance performance, and strengthen recruitment and retention to support Better Rehab’s broader organisational growth. About you You are passionate about making a difference You have relevant tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy. 7+ years’ clinical experience in Occupational Therapy. Clinical Leadership experience within the healthcare sector essential. You embody Better Rehab’s values. You are a people person and want to be a part of something bigger.
