About the role: We are looking for an Advanced/Specialist Behaviour Support leader that is highly motivated, client-focused and passionate about delivering high-quality behaviour support services. This is a leadership role supporting the National Manager of our Behaviour Support team to guide and mentor clinicians, whilst shaping the future of our behaviour support services. Lead the delivery of high-quality, person-centred, and evidence-based behaviour support services. Provide clinical oversight, mentoring, and supervision to behaviour support practitioners across multiple regions. Drive best practice by supporting assessments, developing tailored behaviour support plans, and ensuring compliance nationally with NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission requirements. Contribute to the development of training resources and professional development sessions. Support state based clinical leads and contribute to clinical strategy in partnership with the National Manager of Behaviour Support. To Be Successful: Relevant tertiary qualification in Behaviour Analysis Extensive experience in Positive Behaviour Support and a strong understanding of state based restrictive practice legislation and national legislation requirements. Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with clients, families, and stakeholders. Registration with the Quality and Safeguards Commission as a behaviour support practitioner (Advanced/Specialist Level). Excellent communication skills, including advocacy, negotiation, and conflict resolution. Experience working with both children and adults with complex needs. Current drivers licence and reliable vehicle.
