FIBREGLASS LAMINATOR

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Fibreglass Laminator with immediate start to join our team at SJC FIBREGLASS PTY LTD' in Bayswater, Victoria. This full-time role is an integral part of our manufacturing operations, as you will be responsible for the lamination of fibreglass products to the highest standards. What you'll be doing Prepare molds and materials for the fibreglass lamination process Lay up and laminate fibreglass reinforced plastic (FRP) components using a range of techniques Ensure consistent quality and dimensional accuracy of the finished products Operate and maintain lamination equipment, such as spray guns and rollers Assist with the trimming, sanding and finishing of laminated parts Monitor and maintain stock levels of raw materials Adhere to all health, safety and environmental policies and procedures What we're looking for Previous experience as a Fibreglass Laminator or in a similar manufacturing role Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications Knowledge of fibreglass lamination techniques and processes Proficient in the use of lamination equipment and tools Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Commitment to workplace health and safety What we offer At SJC FIBREGLASS PTY LTD' is committed to providing a supportive and rewarding work environment for our employees.
