The Organisation This national food business has a proud -year history in food manufacturing, delivering high-quality products to consumers across Australia. They are now seeking a talented and driven Finance Analyst to join their dynamic team at their Melbourne site in the western suburbs. The Role Key Responsibilities Deliver weekly and monthly performance reporting, including variance analysis, trend insights, commentary and executive briefings. Maintain reporting continuity and support key planning cycles. Support Adaptive Planning system activities, including testing, data validation, reconciliation, scenario testing and issue resolution. Assist model updates, workflow execution, month-end migration and early BAU transition alongside FP&A and delivery partners. Support customer submissions across volume, margin, labour and overheads, including data checks, reconciliations and scenario / price modelling. Provide coverage during Commercial Finance leadership transition and contribute to major finance workstreams. Collaborate with Site Finance, Commercial Finance, FP&A, BI, Group and IT / data teams to ensure strong communication, data quality and reporting integrity. Support uplift of tools, reporting templates and governance practices across finance processes. Qualifications & Requirements CA / CPA Qualifiedor equivalent Experience working within a medium-large size FMCG / Manufacturing business Strong communication / analytical skills Ability to business partner with a variety of stakeholders Advanced Financial modelling skills and experienced in using Business Intelligence tools (Power BI and Power Query is a plus) SAP experience is advantageous #J-18808-Ljbffr
