This is your chance to be part of a purpose-driven organisation that puts people first. What You’ll Do Deliver person‑centred support that empowers individuals to achieve their goals. Promote safety, wellbeing and self‑determination. Support daily living health needs and positive behaviour strategies. Collaborate with a passionate team across a 7‑day rotating roster. Maintain accurate records and contribute to continuous improvement. What You Bring Cert III or IV in Disability Support (or relevant qualification) – Desirable NDIS Worker Screening Check, National Police Check and Working with Children Check (if applicable). Valid full drivers licence First Aid & CPR certificate. Strong communication skills and a commitment to trauma‑informed care. Willingness to complete core and therapeutic training.
