As the Finance Manager – Services & Automation, you’ll lead financial strategy across our manufacturing and technical services teams. This is a unique opportunity to partner with operations and automation leaders. What You’ll Do: Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting for manufacturing and technical services. Deliver accurate month-end reporting and ensure compliance with accounting standards. Provide actionable insights to improve operational efficiency and cost management. Oversee capital expenditure governance and financial viability assessments. Drive automation and process improvement using Lean principles. Build strong partnerships with operations, commercial teams, and senior leadership and drive commercial outcomes. What You Will Bring: Solid experience in finance and accounting roles within medium to large organisations. Advanced proficiency in SAP & Hyperion, with strong BI/reporting skills. Proven ability to apply Lean principles and drive process improvement. Strong knowledge of cost accounting, product costing, and inventory management. Qualifications: CPA/CA qualified with a degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
