Permanent fulltime position. Our core business is to deliver on the Employment Services contract. Each outcome is connected to an individual who has started a new chapter through securing employment. Develop relationships with both people on your caseload and employers to achieve sustainable outcomes that change lives. Skills The ability to engage with people to assist them overcome barriers to employment. Be able to adapt to varying situations and take a creative approach when dealing with individuals.
