Our Prototyping and Cloud Engineering capability is designed to help our customers leverage this new way of working to deliver tangible technology and business outcomes using lean principles, iterative AI powered agile development, agentic approaches through multi-functional teams and a lightweight rapid development cycle. The role of a Prototyping Engineer is to apply these methods to assemble and deliver technology and business outcomes for the world's leading clients. Key Responsibilities Play a pivotal role in building groundbreaking capabilities, maintaining operational excellence through a strong Amazonian devops culture, and championing the needs of the customer. Help design, implement, and launch many key features. Influence on defining product features, drive operational excellence, and spearhead best practices that enable a quality product. Build strong relationships with colleagues and work collaboratively to bring solutions to the market. Basic Qualifications 4+ years of experience in specific technology domain areas (e.g., software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics). 2+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures. 10+ years of IT development or implementation / consulting in the software or Internet industries. Preferred Qualifications Experience working within software development or Internet-related industries. Experience migrating or transforming legacy customer solutions to the cloud. Experience working with AWS technologies from a dev / ops perspective.
