In this role you'll guidea dedicated team to deliver high-quality support to carers throughrecruitment, assessment and ongoing monitoring of placements.You'll ensure children are placed in a safe, nurturing environmentsand that all care standards and licensing requirements are met.This role also includes participation in a rotational on-callroster to support carers when they need it themost. What will a typical day look like? Manager a team delivering high-quality carer recruitment, assessment andsupport. Ensure children'splacements meet licensing standards and provide safe, nurturingenvironments. Build strongrelationships with partners to support collaborative servicedelivery. Mentor staff intrauma-informed care, child development, and service agreementoutcomes. Mandatory Requirements: Abachelor’s degree in social work, human services orbehavioural science, or psychology (or related discipline) and3 years’ experience leading a team in a similar role. Demonstratedexperience working within a high-performance framework whereyou are accountable for KPIs on program delivery and outcomes,within a face-paced solutions focussed environment. Effective timemanagement and organisational skills. Astrong communicator, able to quickly build rapport andinfluence across a diverse range of people.
