Based in our Newcastle office, we are seeking a Property Manager with a focus on commercial property management to join our team. Responsibilities Be the first point of contact for tenant enquiries and assist in resolving day-to-day issues. Maintain lease administration, financial procedures, and reporting standards. Manage rental collections, outgoings, and recoverable costs with a strong focus on arrears control. Collaborate with Property Managers to prepare annual operating budgets. Process invoices, raise work orders, and manage debtors efficiently. Qualifications 1–2 years’ experience in a similar role within commercial, retail, or industrial property. Tertiary qualification (Property specialisation preferred but not essential). Certificate of Registration (or willingness to obtain within 6 months). Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
