You’ll guide participants to implement their NDIS plans, coordinate supports, and build their capacity to engage confidently with the broader service system — including health, housing, justice, and mental health sectors. You’ll thrive in a role that values independent practice within a connected, clinically governed framework — supported, but trusted to lead your work. About You You are a capable, compassionate professional who combines deep sector knowledge with sound judgment and initiative. You have a background in disability, community, or mental health services, and you take pride in evidence‑based, ethical practice.
