We're looking for an experienced Organisational Capability & Learning Manager to lead the design and delivery of strategic workforce development initiatives. This role will shape learning experiences, drive engagement, and foster a thriving culture across Feros Care. Design and deliver contemporary learning programs aligned with adult learning principles. Drive organisational capability through adaptive, blended learning programs. Champion engagement initiatives, including employee listening and feedback programs. Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to the Organisational Development & Learning team. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver fit-for-purpose learning solutions. Use data and analytics to measure impact and inform continuous improvement. Manage budgets and ensure cost‑effective delivery of programs. About You Relevant tertiary qualifications in HR, Business, Psychology, or Adult Education 8+ years' experience in L&D, organisational development, and culture Proven success in leading change and capability building initiatives Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to inspire and empower teams Expertise in instructional design and digital learning tools e.g. Articulate, Canva, Descript Bonus Points For Experience in aged care or community services Accreditation in DISC, Human Synergistics, or coaching frameworks Professional certification as a Learning Practitioner We welcome applications from people of all backgrounds, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, people with disability, and those from culturally and linguistically diverse communities.
