Solace Saunas high-ticket, consultative sales where customer experience, trust and education are key. As demand continues to grow, we are seeking a Mid to Senior Sales Consultant to join our Melbourne team. The Opportunity This role is suited to a seasoned sales professional with proven experience closing high-value products in a consultative environment. You will manage inbound and outbound leads, conduct showroom consultations and guide clients through a considered buying journey. About the role Join a market leading Premium Infrared Sauna company and supportive team in Melbourne as a Sales Consultant at Solace Superior Infrared Saunas Australia. Reporting directly to the Director, you’ll play a key role in growing Sales through Residential and commercial markets. You’ll be responsible for identifying potential customers, reaching out to new leads, and helping our Solace Saunas build meaningful connections with prospects. You’ll play a key role in generating qualified leads and creating opportunities that drive the company’s growth with company leads through our lead channels. Key Responsibilities Research and identify potential clients through online tools and databases. Reach out to prospects via email, phone calls, and social media to introduce the company’s products or services. Qualify leads based on specific criteria and schedule meetings for the sales team. Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, and conversations in the CRM system and follow up process. Nurture relationships and move them through the sales pipeline. Collaborate with the marketing teams to develop strategies for lead generation. Meet or exceed monthly targets for qualified leads and appointments. Attend expo show weekends with potential paid travel interstate. Convert high-quality inbound and outbound leads into sales. Conduct premium showroom and virtual consultations. Build strong relationships with homeowners, architects and developers. Understand client wellness goals and recommend tailored sauna solutions. Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets. Deliver best-in-class customer experience from enquiry to post-sale. Skills & Experience 3–6+ years experience in high-ticket consultative sales. Proven success selling premium or luxury products. Experience within wellness, property, interiors or lifestyle sectors desirable. Strong negotiation and closing ability. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Highly organised and target-driven. Ability to be available on Monday to Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm. Saturday showroom appointments paid overtime. Proven experience in high ticket sales. Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting and exceeding Key Performance Indicators. Showned ability to work autonomously. Flexible hybrid working. Positive and fun workplace environment.
