Since August 2023, Treendale Technology has delivered trusted mobile phone repairs and technology solutions. We pride ourselves on quality, transparent pricing, and strong community service. We're expanding from our original location to Dalyellup and are looking for a experienced, long-term contributor to join our team. Role Store Manager (full-time, long-term). Location: Treendale + Dalyellup area as required. Hours: minimum 30 hours per week; likely more during growth phases. Responsibilities Lead the store, supervise technicians, and ensure top-tier repair quality. Manage daily operations, customer service, and stock. Implement efficient processes, scheduling, and workload planning. Drive sales for services and selected products with a customer-first approach. Support training and development of team members. About you Proven management/leadership experience in tech retail/repair. Minimum 2 years of management/leadership experience is required. Hands‑on technician skills with mobile phone repair knowledge. Local to the Treendale/Dalyellup area or willing to work across both locations. Valid driver's license.
