We are seeking motivated and experienced registered Psychologists, Social Workers and Counsellors with proven experience in short term, solutions-orientated interventions to join our growing national workforce of EAP providers. To Be Successful In This Role You Will Enjoy working with diverse workplaces to assess work stressors and risk factors in work environments Have a solid understanding of organisational and individual factors impacting on people performance Be commercially savvy, with the ability to view issues and problems from a business, customer and personal perspective You will be self-motivated, with excellent time management skills and have a willingness to demonstrate initiative with a ‘can do’ attitude. Experience in critical incident response and trauma management will be highly regarded.
