About the Role Give daily direction, coordinate tasks, support your foremen, and keep the site safe and productive. Review drawings and scopes, plan ahead, and make sure the site is prepared for each stage of delivery. Oversee trades and subcontractors, organise materials and equipment, and keep the program running smoothly. Champion Signal & Hobbs' safety standards by running toolbox talks, completing QA and documentation, and ensuring all SWMS requirements are met. Attend site meetings, share progress updates, and maintain strong relationships with clients and consultants. Complete daily records, support claims and variations, and assist with finishing works, defects, and final handover documents. About You You're naturally people-focused.
