Qualifications No experience required. Must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident. Must have a Victorian driver’s licence and a reliable motor vehicle. Must speak and understand excellent English. Must have a current police clearance or be willing to obtain one at recruitment. Must have an NDIS Worker Check or be willing to obtain one at recruitment. Must like cats. Intermediate cooking and food‑handling skills. Must live within 20 km of Carnegie, VIC. Responsibilities Bathing / showering / toileting / dressing Meal assistance Food preparation and cooking Feeding cats Laundry and dishwashing Vacuuming Providing companionship and support Assisting with community outings, festivals, clubs and social events Matt has a great sense of humor, is easy‑going and enjoys attending festivals, clubs and socialising with friends. Benefits Flexible hours – average 8–10 hrs per week. Wages paid fortnightly, above award and weekend penalty rates. Work visa sponsorship for eligible applicants. Seniority training provided. Preference for a local person within Carnegie, VIC. Application Remarks This role is casual but requires a minimum commitment of 12 months.
