Bring your precision and skill to the table – where the little details matter Collaborative, values driven team who get the work done and have fun along the way We’re seeking a detail-driven Assistant Accountant who thrives in both numbers and systems, but can also match their down‑to‑earth, collaborative style and keep the finance team growing with your high‑level attention to detail, high care factor and genuine interest in your work You’ll support their multi‑entity operation, working hands‑on to support the full accounting process while contributing to continuous improvement in a modern ERP environment. What you’ll be doing Manage the full accounts payable (AP) function, leveraging an integrated AP automation tool, handle general ledger (GL) coding and payments. Assist with accounts receivable (AR) function including generating Client Statements, receipt allocation and payment follow‑ups. Support the Head of Finance with Forecasting & EOM Reporting. Month end function – journals, prepayments, accruals, Payroll journals, Reconciliations for multiple bank accounts & currencies. Help the business commit to a culture of continuous improvement across system upgrades and improvements, testing and process updates (Epicor, Accelo). Support Head of Finance and wider finance team with ad‑hoc projects and initiatives. Our Ideal Candidate 2 – 4 years’ experience in a Finance, Accounts or ERP Operations role Solid understanding of AP, AR & Reconciliation processes Highly adept at navigating ERP Systems Intermediate to Advanced Excel knowledge and experience Genuine passion for getting things right – accuracy, efficiency and high level of care Excellent communicator – written, verbal, face‑to‑face Great stakeholder management skills – internal and external Natural problem solver – you learn from challenges and suggest ways to improve Can do the work and have fun while doing it Why this role?
