This is a technical, customer-facing role focused on effectively leading onboarding projects to help businesses around the world adopt our product.You will be:
Working with the customer's finance and commercial teams, you will use your problem-solving capabilities to help design and implement a configured software solution which meets the customer's requirementsYou will be managing projects with multiple internal and external stakeholders to help design & deliver solutions within the software and guide the customer through their testing and adoption phases.As an experienced member of the Customer Success team, you will be a key part in delivering value to customers including onboarding, customer training, help desk support triage, help centre content and new feature roll-outsWe are looking for:
